This Project was created over 24 hours for my ART 116 Intro to Digital Media (Spring 2024) class. For this project, I decided to Parody the 1954 trailer for, “Godzilla: King Of The Monsters.” I chose this because I wanted to make something that I could use a bunch of practical effects on and that could be a funny spin on a classic movie. This funny spin was to make the character of Godzilla into a sock puppet. I also thought it could be a cool concept to show off a number of skills like camerawork and editing. The hardest part of this project is to match the pacing of the original trailer.
